The Iowa Hawkeyes fell to the No.3 Michigan Wolverines 71-68, during a basketball game at Carver-Hawkeye Arena on Thursday evening. Iowa’s record now sits at 20-10.

The Iowa Hawkeyes defeated the Loras Duhawks, 10-0, during a baseball game at Duane Banks Field on Wednesday. Iowa’s record now sits at 8-4. 
In the bottom of the second, the Hawkeyes secured four runs, followed by one more in the third. Iowa utility player Mitch Wood led the team with four RBIs and three hits.
